Quick Weight Loss

In today’s fast-paced, information-packed world, there is rarely time for fitting exercise into your daily routine, let alone healthy food. That’s why I’ve come up with a quick way to fit weight loss into your busy routine.

Before I started the routine I’m about to tell you about, I weighed in at 200lbs and at a height of 5′10, that put my BMI (Body Mass Index) at about 28.75 which equates to overweight. Right now, I’m down to 180lbs which puts my BMI at about 25.8 (still overweight, but getting close to the 18.5 - 24.9 BMI range, which would put me in the healthy (normal) range.

Here’s how BMI is determined:

  • Under weight:
  • Normal weight: 18.6-24.9
  • Over weight: 25-29.9
  • Obese: 30+

If you want to do the calculation yourself, take your weight (in pounds), multiply it times 703 and divide it by your height in inches squared. For instance, for a 150lbs man who is 5′8, the calculation would be (150*703)/(68^2), which comes out to 22.8. Got it? Good!

So, long story short, you want to get in that ‘normal’ weight range to be considered healthy. Of course, there are exceptions to the rule, such people who have a lot more muscle than fat. BMI isn’t to be used as a universal guideline, just a general one.

Carrying on, the quick weight loss formula boils down to three points:

  1. Flush Cleanse
  2. Wii Fit
  3. Free Acai Berry supplements

1. The Flush Cleanse (Quick Master Cleanse)

If you’re serious about weight loss, a cleanse is not only a healthy way to shed some pounds quickly but it’s also a good way to put yourself in the right frame of mind for eating the right way once you’re done. Before you partake in any ‘crash’ diets, like this most certainly is, please do your research and weigh the risks vs the benefits. Remember, this is just -one- way.

The famous Master Cleanse is recommended for about 10-20 days, but for our purposes, I recommend 5-10 days max. On the cleanse, I was able to lose about 2lbs average per day which took me from 200lbs down to 184lbs in about 8 days.

Here’s what I did.

In the morning, I’d wake up and drink a full quart of lukewarm water with two level teaspoons of uniodized sea salt. Remember: sea salt, not table salt. If you drink the wrong kind, you’ll vomit. Within 20-30 minutes, I’d be on the pot and evacuated within a couple minutes. It works amazingly fast.

For the rest of the day, I’d have lemonade prepared (about 1000 calories worth). Here’s how to prepare the lemonade:

  • 2 Tablespoons fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons grade B maple syrup
  • 1/10 Teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 8oz water, room temperature
  • Combine in a 10oz container and fill with water
  • Shake it up and go

I’d prepare about eight-worth of these for the day in two 32oz containers, just to keep me going. Once you’re used to the taste, it’s great and you start to forget about food altogether.

At night, it’s best to drink Smooth Move tea, which acts as a slow laxative. The point is to keep fluids moving through you. For the first couple of days, you’ll notice an increase in bathroom trips but after that, it’ll return to about normal.

That’s it. For five to ten days, you repeat the cycle. On the day after you stop, do NOT start eating regular food right away. You’ve got to ease into it. I suggest you begin by eating a small bit of salad (just leaves) and work your way up to tougher things to process like vegetables. For a week after, you should just have salad and drink water.

2. Wii Fit

No, seriously. I’m dead serious. If you don’t have access to gym equipment, but you do have a TV, you need a Wii and the Wii Fit.

Put simply, just do every exercise offered on there for about a month straight and you’ll start losing weight. As I said, this is my first month on it and I’m down to 180lbs and dropping. My goal weight is 170lbs, so I have about one more month to go.

Even if you do have access to the gym, the Wii Fit will motivate you to continue because 1.) it’s based on points, 2.) it gives you a daily weigh-in, BMI check and balance check and 3.) it’s highly convenient and 4.) it’s really fun.

I’ve never been able to stick with any diet/exercise regimine for more than a few days, so trust me — it works. I did the Wii Fit exercies during and have continued after the cleanse.

3. Free Acai Berry Supplements

Here’s the best part — I’m going to show you a way to get acai berry weight loss supplements for free. Technically, you still have to pay for shipping/handling fees so I guess they’re just really cheap.

Acai berry weight loss supplements, by themselves, have no negative side effects. What they DO give you is a boost in energy, boost your metabolism and help your cells to stay healthy with an insane mixture of antioxidants. The fiber content alone will keep you regular, and therefore healthy.

There are a lot of sites on the web that are touting this kind of thing but few of them are trustworthy. In fact, many of the companies you’ll come across will continue to bill you even after you cancel.

The only catch is, they’re obviously getting a cut from each sale so their motivation is questionable but once I started seeing results, I stopped caring. I think I paid about $5 or $6 in shipping. What you do once you’ve received your supplements is simply follow the directions — mine told me to take one twice a day with my meals. Yours might differ, so make sure to read. Lastly, you probably don’t want to take the supplements during your cleanse. Wait until after when you’re eating your salads.

They’re capsules, so they’re basically tasteless but you’ll certainly feel the difference once you take them.

That’s it. You do this for a month and you’ll drop 20+lbs and look great due to exercising and eating the right way. The best part is — you don’t have to change your lifestyle too much. This is something you do while you do everything you would in your normal routine.

It absolutely worked for me and continues to work for me. Remember, don’t do the cleanse for more than ten days. The purpose is to do a quick fat flush, get over the yo-yo period and put yourself in the right frame of mind for healthy eating.
